Chapter 60 begins with the Super Fight Announcer introducing all the martial arts tournament participants to the excited audience. Within the ring, Bakuzan openly declares his ambition to defeat—and perhaps kill—Suiryu, while Suiryu himself is only interested in facing the previous tournament’s champion, Garou. Meanwhile, Garou makes his way into Watchdog Plaza with intentions of confronting Watchdog Man.

Back in the waiting area, Saitama, still disguised as Charanko and wearing his wig, engages in a low-key chat with Sour Face. Their conversation is interrupted when Zakkos enters and begins questioning Saitama. Sour Face steps in to handle the situation, and it emerges that Bang was meant to serve as a tournament judge—something Zakkos seizes upon to provoke Bang’s reputation. Saitama, nonchalant, states he’s only here to face Zakkos, noting that Zakkos doesn’t strike him as very strong.
