Meanwhile, the Monster Association publicly reveals the identity of a hostage and declares war on humanity, causing widespread panic and fear.
At Hero Association HQ, tensions rise when Metal Knight and Child Emperor clash over a plan: Metal Knight proposes a full-scale strike on the Monster Association’s hideout, even if it risks the hostage. Child Emperor opposes the idea, and Metal Knight ultimately resigns from the mission. As monsters migrate toward City Z, Saitama—ironically late from garbage duty—single-handedly wipes them out with his usual casual ease before heading to the truck.
Elsewhere, a group of bullies coax a young boy into entering a dilapidated park hut—only to discover Garou inside.
